The purpose of collecting this information is as follows:

• Candidates: To assess their suitability for a position at Confie and, where deemed appropriate, schedule a job interview.
• Clients and Suppliers: To generate contracts, effectively provide services, process payments, and maintain communication channels.

Transfers of Personal Data

Transfers of personal data, when applicable, fall within the circumstances established in Article 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, including but not limited to transfers necessary pursuant to agreements executed in the interest of employees, such as the procurement of health insurance and medical services in order to fulfill the purposes described above for the benefit of the Data Subjects.

Means to Exercise ARCO Rights, Limit the Use of Personal Data, and Revoke Consent

The Data Subject whose personal data has been collected, or their legal representative, may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, also known as ARCO Rights, as well as revoke consent for the processing of personal data, by sending an email to: ComplianceTJ@confie.com

• Name of the Data Subject and, where applicable, their legal representative

• Documents proving the identity of the Data Subject or, where applicable, the legal representation thereof

• If the request concerns rectification rights, the data to be corrected and the requested correction must be indicated; if the request concerns opposition rights, the secondary purposes with respect to which the right is to be exercised must be specified
• Any means or document facilitating the location or identification of the personal data
