Tijuana, Baja California – As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility and giving back to the communities it serves, Confie employees participated in a volunteer initiative supporting Desayunador Salesiano A.C. in Tijuana, Baja California.
The initiative brought together employees from Confie’s Shared Service Center to volunteer their time, assemble essential care packages, and provide donations that help support individuals and families experiencing hardship.

Throughout the week, 50 volunteers participated in assembling 826 hygiene kits containing essential personal care items. These kits were prepared to help support the daily needs of individuals served by Desayunador Salesiano.
Confie also donated 21 tables and 84 chairs to enhance the organization’s facilities and improve its ability to serve the community. In addition, hygiene supplies and food were delivered, providing approximately one month of operational support for the community center.
All donated materials were funded through the voluntary weekly contributions of Confie employees, demonstrating their ongoing generosity and commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where they live and work.
As part of the day of service, 25 employees volunteered on-site at Desayunador Salesiano, where they helped serve approximately 700 meals to members of the community. During the event, approximately 150 individuals also received access to hygiene services, including restroom facilities.
Through initiatives like this, Confie continues to foster a culture of service by creating meaningful opportunities for employees to give back and strengthen the communities where the company operates.
