What does the position do?
The Sales Operations Specialist at Confie supports the development, sustainment and optimization of Retail tools and processes related to optimizing the sales and service process, customer experience, quality control, workforce management, and customer retention.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Sales and customer service experience
- 2 years project management experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advance English Level
