1. Submit a request, in writing or by email to RHTJ@confie.com addressed to the Department of Human Resources, which contains your name, address and email address, in order to notify you of the response to your request.

2. Copy of documents that accredit your identity (Voter’s Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).

3. A clear and precise description of the personal information about which you are seeking to exercise on the rights mentioned above.

The time to respond in writing to your request will be 20 business days.

The company reserves the right to make changes or updates to this notice of privacy at any time, in response to changes in the pertinent legislation or jurisprudence, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products and market practices.
