In order to comply with the stipulations established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Third Parties, we hereby inform you, as a job applicant, that your personal information contained in your written or electronic job application, evaluation tests, medical questionnaire, and any other document that was submitted to the company and information provided in interviews, will be handled only and exclusively so that SSBCC MEXICO, S DE R.L. DE C.V. can evaluate the possibility of contracting you as an employee. Human Resources is the department responsible for everything relating to personal information. Your personal information will be treated in a confidential and responsible manner.

You have the right to access your personal information which is in the possession of the company and to the details concerning how that information is being treated, as well as to correct said information in the event that it is inaccurate, and to delete it when you consider that it is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified its collection in the first place, or object to its treatment (when applicable) for specific purposes, in the following manner:

    1. Submit a request, in writing or by email to addressed to the Department of Human Resources, which contains your name, address and email address, in order to notify you of the response to your request.

    2. Copy of documents that accredit your identity (Voter’s Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).

    3. A clear and precise description of the personal information about which you are seeking to exercise on the rights mentioned above.

The time to respond in writing to your request will be 20 business days.

SSBCC MEXICO, S DE R.L. DE C.V. will not transfer your personal information to third parties.

The company reserves the right to make changes or updates to this notice of privacy at any time, in response to changes in the pertinent legislation or jurisprudence, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products and market practices. These changes will be available to the public through electronic means or through a notice that will be provided to you by other means.
