Tijuana, B.C., May 15, 2025 — Seguros Confie, a Tijuana call center division of Confie, the largest independent personal lines agency in the U.S, has been officially recognized by Universidad Tecmilenio as an Empresa Impulsora del Talento Estudiantil (Driving Force for Student Talent).
This award is granted to companies that actively support student development, educational collaboration, and talent growth. Out of over 60 participating organizations, Seguros Confie was one of 6 selected for its outstanding contributions to student training and real-world learning experiences.
The recognition was announced during a formal event held at City Express Tijuana, where representatives from academia and business gathered to celebrate innovation and shared efforts in talent development. As part of the ceremony, attendees participated in the keynote session “Market Opportunities in an Era of Digital Disruption,” presented by Julio Peña, Vice-Rector of Open Education and Business at Tecmilenio. His presentation emphasized the critical role of agility, collaboration, and digital transformation in preparing students for today’s dynamic job market.
Cristian Seidel, Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Seguros Confie, represented the company during the ceremony.
