Modality: On Site

Location: Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate Baja California, Mexico

What does the position do?

CONFIE IT Helpdesk is responsible for supporting the actual computer hardware and installation/removal of software on such systems. These entities have their own IT Helpdesk staff that supports certain applications such as their phone systems and internal tools. At times, CONFIE IT Helpdesk will work with the entities staff on issues they need help with or do not have access to resolve, such as anything requiring local admin rights on the workstations.

What do you need?

  • Knowledge of basic Networking. 
  • Experience in Helpdesk IT Contact Call center 
  • Service Now knowledge or any other ticket handling system 
  • Active Directory and Exchange knowledge 
  • Asset Management 
  • Remote Desktop Software 
  • BitLocker
